My big tech journey

I launched my tech career at Amazon Fashion in June of 2020 after graduating from Penn State during a global pandemic.

During my five years at Amazon, I jumped from Retail to Alexa Smart Home, where I started my journey in Product Marketing. In this role, I scaled Amazon's first Global Partner Marketing Program. Working with brands like iRobot, Ring, and Philips Hue, I launched campaigns across 8 markets that generated billions of impressions. I transitioned to AWS Developer Experience where I led the GTM strategy for a net-new AWS developer product, bridging technical innovation with user-centric marketing.

Today at Meta, I'm driving the future of wearable AI and AR technology, translating complex tech into meaningful experiences that resonate with everyday users.

Reverse Mentoring and GEn Z

Early in my career, one thing became very clear very fast — there was a generational disconnect between Gen Z talent and senior leadership. What began as conversations with directors at Amazon evolved into structured reverse mentoring sessions.

When I started sharing these experiences on LinkedIn, leaders from Microsoft, LinkedIn, and AWS began reaching out for guidance. My reverse mentoring helps executives understand Gen Z's approach to work, create empowering environments for younger team members, and tap into fresh perspectives. By elevating these conversations from sidebar discussions to strategic priorities, I'm helping create workplaces where emerging talent can truly thrive.

While big tech has been my career foundation, I've developed a passion for working with innovative startups. I believe Gen Z is inherently entrepreneurial, and I'm inspired by innovative companies emerging in this transformative era of AI.
